- What kind of tools or technologies do you use?
We have a number of tools that allow us to remotely monitor your network and quickly identify issues. We also have an easy-to-use, web-based help desk which includes an online trouble ticket system. This system allows our clients to quickly submit support questions, track the progress of outstanding issues, and even resolve common problems thru our knowledgebase. We also provide our clients with periodic reports detailing network performance and will make proactive recommendations for improvement (if needed).
- Do you outsource any of your support services to companies overseas?
Absolutely not. All of our employees (and our services) are based out of our North Dallas (TX) office.
