In addition to MOBE ProCare, our flagship "Managed Services" support package, we also offer custom service plans. We also offer on-site support on a per-incident (no contract) basis. If you need immediate assistance, don't hesitate to call or email our support team today!

Some of our more popular service plans include:

  • Server/Network Monitoring ONLY

    This is our most affordable package. It's designed for clients who need minimum end-user support, but still want the peace of mind that comes with knowing their server and other critical services (i.e. backup) are being monitored 24/7/365. Small businesses with 5-10 computers, and a limited IT budget, oftentimes choose this plan.

    A small monitoring "agent" is installed on your server (and workstations if needed), allowing our support team to monitor every critical function of your server hardware. If a problem is detected, one of our support techs will notify the appropriate contact person, and immediately begin troubleshooting the problem.

    Our support techs are always available to answer computer-related questions. However, with this plan, remote and on-site support is handled on a "per-incident" basis, and billed separately.

  • Remote Technical Support (Help Desk Service)

    This service plan works great for companies who have an existing IT staff, but choose to outsource desktop support duties to MOBE Systems. Each and every member of your staff will enjoy the peace of mind that comes with unlimited (remote) tech support!

    Our friendly and professional support team specializes in common questions related to popular applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook... and will even help with mobile devices, such as configuring and/or troubleshooting your Blackberry or iPhone.
